There’s something a little sexy and special about a peep-toe ankle bootie. This two-in-one shoe is part sandal, part boot and a great way to add some edge to your footwear.
You can wear the peep-toe ankle bootie with skinny pants, crop pants, skirts, dresses, you name it. You can style them with a casual outfit or a more polished dressy outfit. They’re great for transitioning your footwear from summer into fall. In the colder months, you can add textured tights to keep warm while still looking chic.
The peep-toe ankle bootie comes in many different styles and heel types from low block heels to to stilettos. I’m featuring a few different styles and heels.
First featured are booties with tassels. All of these styles add some edge to a casual outfit and can be worn with skinnies, crop wide trousers, or skirts.
1.) Free Spirit by OTBT, $159
2.) Marc Fisher LTD, $189
3.) Celina by Joes Jeans, $159
Next up are more casual styles with cutout heels or perforations. I’ve included two styles that are particularly known for their comfort. I’m contemplating getting #5.
4.) Freja by Sole Society, $90
5.) Intrepid by Earth. $120
6.) Collen by Paul Green, $360
If you are needing a dressier look, pick a slender heeled bootie. I would wear #9 with a blouse & pencil skirt for a smart casual work outfit.
7.) Carolina by BCBGeneration, $69 (on sale)
8.) Adisa by Vince, $319 (on sale)
9.) Peep Toe by Michael Kors, $123 (on sale)
Here are some of my favorites – I have my eye on #11.
10.) Liam by Kristin Cavallari, $149
11.) Billie by Matt Bernson, $329
12.) Jane by Vince, $350
And, finally, if money were no object, I’d pick this camel suede heeled bootie by Delman.
Let me know if you have any peep-toe ankle booties that you love or are eying for an upcoming purchase.
